Maintenance Requests

Please email Rental911@protocolpm.com or  call (425) 753-0458 for maintenance emergencies, or fill out our Maintenance Request Form for non-emergencies. Please make a note that maintenance emergencies that turn out to be non-emergencies, there will be $85/hour administrative fees (1 hour minimum).

The following are examples of maintenance emergencies. The main sewer line is backed up. A pipe broken and water is leaking into the home. There was a break-in and you have an unsecured entrance to the home. After hours, select your property manager’s extension on the menu and follow the instructions. If it is after 5:00 p.m. and before 9:00 a.m. and the call is not an emergency, you could be charged for the call.

Please provide us your latest contact information, vehicle info, work info, and emergency contact so we can get a hold of you in the event of an emergency. Click here to update your contact information.

Renew Your Lease or Move Out

Before your current lease expires, your property manager will contact you to see if you would like to renew your lease or move out. When you receive the renewal notice letter, please contact us at (425) 467-1436 as soon as possible to let us know how you would like to proceed.
